Glow stick walk

Where Mr Scott scared some of the children to death by jumping our at them in the pitch dark! (They are all fine again now!)

The Birthday Boy!

Our birthday boy celebrated his 11th with a Birthday tarte au citron (sorry about the spelling on that one Mrs Johnson!)

News about the old first school site

We'd like to direct your attention to tHe EDP this morning, which has published an article about Norfolk County Council's plans for the old Peterhouse First School site. You can find the article here: http://www.edp24.co.uk:80/news/health/super_home_to_be_built_in_care_home_shake_up_1_1120105

They are intending to build a super care home for dementia patients.

The views of this blogger are not necessarilly the views of the school.

Day 3

Today started with a trip to the Caen Memorial Museum. There was lots of info about the World Wars. We then travelled to Juno Beach, where we ate our lunch whilst imagining the Canadian soldiers storming the beach. The Canadian museum was fantastic. We learned about what it was like for the Canadian soldiers on D-Day.
After that we went to Pegasus Bridge where Major Howard and 28 soldiers surprised the Germans and captured and held the bridge. We also saw the Cafe Gondree which was closed.
We visited a carrefour to buy drinks and to get some chocolate to cheer up Mrs Bensly who had very little sleep and was super grumpy.
After dinner we had a talent show and disco. Tiah sang a BEAUTIFUL song, while Lauren entertained us with her crazy antics.

Still travelling!

We are all well, although we have yet to reach the chateau. Unfortunately, travel has taken longer than expected. Blogging from a mobile phone in the back of a mini bus near Caen. ETA 8pm.

France - Day 1

All busy!
